How to Create a Grunge Background Video Tutorial - Fantastic for digiscrappers #digiscrap

I recently came across this fantastic video tutorial on YouTube for creating a grunge background... it's not specifically for digital scrapbooking but it would definitely work if you fancy creating your own scrapbook papers and layouts.

I'm going to give it a go and post my results over on my blog http://www.topscrapbookpageideas.com... I might even give the finished designs away as a scrapbook freebie, who knows?

This is why I love grunge scrapbook page ideas

Perfectly Fitted (Photoshop) - digital scrapbooking tutorial #digiscrap

Perfectly Fitted (Photoshop)
http://www.scrappersguide.com/tips_ps/fitted-ps/

I love frames. I really love old frames. Frames come in all sizes and shapes: stamp frames, oval frames, rectangle frames, square frames, heart frames. Get the picture? When trying to fit my picture into the frame, I worry about space showing. You know, the space where your picture ends and the frame starts. There is an easy way to fix this.

Photography Class with Katrina: Metering in Low Light
http://thedailydigi.com/photography-class-with-katrina-metering-in-low-light/

How do you go about capturing a photo in low light? Metering, or exposing, for the light can be tricky with the contrast between bright lights and dark subjects messing with your light meter.

There are two key things to keep in mind when shooting in low light – shoot with a high ISO and watch your shutter speed.

It’s rather ironic that my tip is about organization as I am one of the least organized people I know! LOL I store my photos in folders named by year, month and day and I also save a notepad file in the folder containing some notes about the photos.
